Purchase, Payment Shipping Information and Product Return

We reserve the right to update product information, change prices and adjust shipping and handling fees at any time without notice. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change, limit, refuse, or cancel any order you place with us in our sole discretion. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

Purchase Orders can be sent through Fax, telephone or online (either by credit card or Purchase Order) in US and Canada. It’s not necessary to establish account with BioCoreUSA before ordering for orders with valid PO from institutions, universities and companies in US and Canada.

For International orders (excluding Canada): please order directly from us by using credit card, check or wire payment when placing a direct order online. Purchase orders (PO) without prepaying or credit card are not accepted due to the delay of payment. Please provide your FedEx account number and VAT (if it applies to you) to make the international shipping go smoothly. The shipping fee to most North American and European countries is between $75-105 for paraffin tissue slides or arrays by FedEx International shipping in less than 1 lb. weight.

Payment term: Web site supports two types payment methods: Credit card and Net30. Net30 for US and Canadian purchase orders and prepay for international orders (Pro forma invoice can be sent for wire prepayment).

Shipping FedEx Standard Next Day or 2nd Day for domestic orders and FedEx International Priority for international orders without handling surcharges. There is $10 surcharge for the custom filing fee for the total value of goods over $2500 billed by FedEx as custom clearance agent. For Australian orders, please make sure to provide AQIS along with order for Custom clearance to Australia.

Product Return No returns or exchange if it is not due to quality issue of our product or our customer service error. Please contact customer service before any returns.
